Next July 23, 2021, the defense of the doctoral thesis “Production and properties of new prebiotics derived from hemicelluloses and pectins”, presented by Beatriz Míguez Alonso. The thesis has been supervised by Drs. José Luis Alonso González and Carlos Vila Babarro.
