PhD Thesis
On September 12, 2022, the defense of the doctoral thesis “New biorefinery strategies for the recovery of melon by-products” will take place from the auditorium of the Faculty of Sciences of Ourense, presented by Xiana Rico Castro. The thesis has been supervised by Dras. Remedios Yáñez Díaz and Beatriz Gullón Estévez.
